Flocking adds a winter wonderland touch to both artificial and real trees. In many cases, you can also find a pre-lit flocked Christmas tree, which comes with built-in lights.

To keep your flocked Christmas tree looking beautiful throughout the holiday season, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause the flocking to discolor. Gently dust any buildup with a soft cloth or duster, and store it in a dry, cool space after the holidays to preserve its snowy look.

We offer a 2-year structural warranty from the date of purchase to ensure the durability and integrity of your tree. This warranty covers any issues related to the tree's structure, such as damaged parts including branches, hinges, and stands. However, please note that certain aspects are excluded from the warranty, such as flocking, loose tips, minor shedding, and isolated burned-out bulbs. All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or e Packet depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Merry Bright accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the request is made before December 20th. Items must be in original condition, and shipping/handling fees apply. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, with deductions for return shipping. Defective items may qualify for waived fees after completing a warranty claim.
